TEACHING FACULTY

In St. Mary’s our primary aim is to develop in students qualities of integrity, honesty trust, tolerance and compassion, to promote a spirit of enquiry, to foster a scientific temper within the bonds of humanism. To help the students to become a meaningful part of environment we have a large and dedicated team of teaching staff.

Each faculty member is both a teacher and a scholar, master of their subjects. As the bell rings they started teaching their subjects. This academic community not only imparts instruction through the regular teaching periods, it also instill a hunger in their students to learn more.

With their sharp vision and skills our teachers equip our students with essential skills and create a healthy and congenial atmosphere in the class. They not only teach but as a role models also. The staff is continuously evaluated and all workshops for them is also conducted to create a motivational learning environment. In teacher training workshop we trained our efficient teachers more expert in their subjects and make them aware of new way of teaching and well advance technology.

  OFFICE STAFF

We have a dedicated and devoted team of office staff who looks after the admission enquiry, fees related matters, accounts, requisition of stationary material for teaching staff, material for any celebrations & functions, dusting cleaning material for sub staff. Any type of assistance to parent like TC and other certificates etc. and an ability to perform assigned duties.

  SUB-STAFF

We have a dedicated team of sub-staff to help and take care of our tiny tots. They also cleans our school and keep free our school from dust and insects. These sub-staff also help teachers by and helping them in their pretty and necessary general works also. During PTM etc. they also assists the parent to find out there ward's class room and serve the drinking water etc.
